WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?
Natural and relaxed wedding photography is our thing! As storytelling photographers, we aim to creatively and beautifully document the authentic story of your wedding day. We do that by unobtrusively photographing candid moments as they happen, without intervening. The end results are timeless images that speak for themselves – totally awesome and unique just like you and your wedding!
WHAT DOES YOUR WEDDING COVERAGE INCLUDE?
Both of us for everything… bridal prep, groom prep, ceremony, portraits, reception, first dance, party time… the complete experience. We provide full day wedding coverage; with no time limits. We want to be there to creatively capture the full story of your incredible day as it unfolds.
WHY BOOK TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS?
Two are better than one! The different angles and viewpoints you’ll get from having two pros cover your wedding day will astound you. You’ll get twice as many amazing photographs (fact).
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?
Our goal is to tell the complete story of your day in the most impressive way. In doing so, we favour quality over quantity. We would rather give you 600 hundred “omgahhmaazing” photographs, than a few thousand “average” ones. Our couples usually receive 650 to 1200 images, which are all edited personally by us with great care and creativity.
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR WEDDING PHOTOS?
We aim to WOW you with a couple of “sneak peeks” within a day or two of your wedding. Overall, our creative commitment to you extends well after your wedding day. It usually takes about 6 - 8 weeks to expertly edit all of your images, produce your slideshow and deliver your online gallery. We don’t like to keep our couples waiting for too long… as we know how excited you’ll be to see your gorgeous pics!
DO YOU OFFER VIDEOGRAPHY?
Yes! ….. If you choose to add videography to your wedding photography package with us, you can select from two film options: a 3–4 minute Wedding Highlights Film capturing the best bits of your day, or a 4–5 minute Narrative Highlights Film that tells the story of your day from start to finish — from getting ready through to speeches and those unforgettable dance floor antics. You’ll also receive a separate copy of your personal vows in full from your wedding ceremony.
Your film will be beautifully edited in timeless 4K, preserving the emotion, energy and atmosphere of your day for years to come. It’s the perfect keepsake to revisit on anniversaries or share with friends and family over a glass of wine.
DO YOU DO ENGAGEMENT SHOOTS?
We sure do! In fact, we offer all our wedding clients who have booked our full day photography package a free pre-wedding / engagement shoot. We find it’s a great way to get to know you both ahead of the big day!
We are well known for our natural and relaxed wedding portraits and fun documentary style photographs. We achieve this time and time again, because our clients already know us when we turn up on their wedding day. They have hung out in the hills or at the beach and have been photographed by us before. After the shoot they soon find out they look damn good in their engagement pics and this gives them heaps of confidence. This makes the whole wedding day super chilled, because our clients know what to do, they trust us and they know what to expect from us. We are not just ‘The Photographers’ to them… we are their mates Rob + Andie :)

DO YOU HAVE A DRONE?
Yes! This is a fun and impressive inclusion to our wedding photography coverage. Drone photography in NZ requires that we have permission from your wedding venue to fly above their premises… so within legal guidelines and with safe weather conditions we’re good to go! Our DJI drone is great for capturing cool group shots, a birds eye view of your wedding venue and arty portraits that will impress your mates.
DO YOU USE FILTERS?
Hell no! But we do have our own unique ‘wediting’ style and colour palette. When shooting we make the most of natural light, and we personally edit each individual photo with great care and creativity.
ARE YOU LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY?
As allies, we welcome all Rainbow couples who want to get married. We are proud supporters of the Pride Pledge, and we actively champion LGBTQIA+ inclusion and visibility.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
All the time! Although we are wedding photographers based in Canterbury, we do travel a lot. We have photographed luxury weddings in cool locations all around the world and are up for shooting destination weddings in Australia and the Pacific Islands too. As for New Zealand weddings, nowhere is too far! We like to get up to the Bay of Islands and down to Dunedin too. Our NZ wedding packages start from $3,900 and our travel costs are included within the South Island.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
To secure your date, just get in touch via our CONTACT FORM. We simply require a booking fee to lock in your big day with us. Too easy!
Please note: We limit the number of weddings we take on each year so that we can give each wedding the full attention it deserves. We recommend getting your date booked in as soon as poss!
